Enhancing local competences has become the modus operandi for the Maire Tecnimont Group, both in consolidated and emerging markets. This has guided KT, that in order to constantly promote the local content, has signed an agreement with the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) in Azerbaijan, starting a development program for its students.
This program aims to integrate academic preparation with the knowledge application in concrete project engineering cases, allowing students to be fully integrated into KT Branch in Azerbaijan.
The purpose of this initiative is to support participants not only in their technical expertise, but also in their decision-making competences, communication, leadership, and teamwork in a multicultural and international context. The success of this program has led to the actual launch of its third edition.
